All cables are led to the terminal through the bottom of the steel tube of the test pile, and the buried depth is confirmed according to the design requirements. The number and wiring mode of the test cables are as follows: (1) Potential test pile: the pipeline test cable is connected to the red terminal, and the reference electrode cable is connected to the black terminal; (2) Electrochemical test pile: the cables of two anodes are respectively connected to the red terminal in the test installation, the black terminal of the pipeline test cable connection part, and the reference electrode cable is connected to the lower black terminal.
After the test pile is buried in the ground, concrete is poured to ensure that it is vertical to the ground, firm and reliable, and the test pile is locked.
During the test, just open the test pile door, adjust the multimeter to 2V range, connect the two wires of the multimeter respectively to the corresponding terminals, and read and record the data.
